Cassandra is a proud and regal dragon, working alongside a handful of royal mages in Radiant court and having close allegiance with the Aether Guard. Despite her status, she is rarely found in the castle, as her job specifically entails travel and search for magical and aether anomalies. In some cases, she is also tasked with subduing magical creatures and rogue mages. Cassandra has a cool but somewhat offputting, arrogant demeanor but ultimately has a strong moral compass and wants what's best for the kingdom. 

Her past is very hazy and few know what led her to gain her position. She and Azriel used to be mates until the fateful event that split many allegiances in a section of Aether Guard where they served. She despises Azriel, who persued power by aligning himself with archmage Aaron while she stayed behind to serve the regime she believed in.
