Crafting a voucher allows you to pick any one hat to use per craft per dragon.

Rules:

• You can scale, rotate, flip, etc the hat to fit your dragon how you like.
• You may not change the colors.
• The hat cannot obstruct the design too much.
• If you wish to edit some parts of your dragon's import to fit the hat better, an item kit will need to be provided.
• Only one hat can be added per dragon.
• You do not need to craft a new hat if you have a current hat on it and want to change the hat to a different hat.
• Removing the hat grants you the hat voucher back.
