This item can be used to swap a trait for another trait in it's rarity class (i.e. swapping a uncommon horn for another uncommon horn type!)

This Item Can:

• Be used on Ears, Tails, Eyes, and Horns only. 
• Can be used multiple times
• Can only change a uncommon trait to another uncommon trait. 

This item Cannot:

• Be used to change the coat type of a character. 
• Be used to change a mutation. 
• Be used to add any markings or base coats. 

This item does not take a dragon's blood slot!
