1. What is your Discord Username?
Sorreine#5800
2. What is your timezone and what is your availability?
CST (UTC-06:00)
My schedule can be wonky due to my own all-over-the-place sleeping patterns and whatnot, but generally I'm available whenever I'm awake! Monsdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I typically am at group therapy from 8am to 1pm (including the time it takes to get home), but not always. Generally if somebody asks for an assist I can figure out time for it!
3. What position are you applying for? (Prompt Management / Nesting & Hatching / Design & Uploading)
Yes.
All of 'em.
Gimme.
4. If applying for multiple, which one are you wanting to do most? Which one are you wanting to do least?
Nesting and Hatching > Design and Uploading > Prompt Management
I'm down for all of them though and would ideally hop between duties either as needed or as the mood suits!
5. If you are applying for design staff, please link at least THREE designs YOU have done.

My three conveniently uploaded dragons as of present! I've done others but they're not uploaded/haven't been reviewed/etc.
6. Prior experience is not necessary, but do you have experience in being an admin for other ARPGs or Closed Species groups? What were you duties?
I do! I'm an admin-in-training for Boucle Unicorns on DeviantArt; with BUMP (their art/lit points system) and BURP (items/transfer/etc) specifically but also just some behind-the-scenes stuff in general. Beyond ARPGs/Closed Species I'm experienced with Discord moderation as well!
7. Fluency in English is a requirement, are you fluent in other languages? (This is NOT a requirement and if you answer no, this will not hurt your chances to be staff).
Only fluent in English!
8. Are you a returning staff member? (If yes, when did you leave and what was your reasoning?)
Nope and not applicable~
9.Do you understand that by being a staff member you are expected to give at least a few hours a week and help your fellow staff members keep activity and request queues up to date?
Yep! I can be very ADHD so I may admittedly need pointed at something from time to time, but just seeing a "(x) queue is looking hefty" or something similar is usually plenty to send me in the right direction.
10. Staff members are given access to information that may not be released content to the public, do you understand that breaking this trust and telling the public about unreleased content will terminate your staff status?
Absolutely, dealing with work-in-progress and unreleased content has been an aspect of working with Boucle Unicorns as well.
11. Do you understand that you will be on a 'Moderator' trial period for two-four weeks before being invited to promote to staff?
Yes, sounds good to me!
12. What editing software do you use? Are you using a laptop, PC or tablet?
Photoshop + PC
13. Explain a scenario where you had to handle a confrontational customer, or an argument with a peer and had to diffuse the situation.
It's been a while so it's honestly hard to think of a specific example. Regardless, the 'correct' response to those situations can vary with severity and circumstance, I feel, but the instinct I go with is to step back and examine what the issue IS, while de-escalating first— whether that means removing myself or removing the other person from the issue, et cetera, then working from there.
