Unfortunately not, as Celestial Feline already gives 10 CE to all participating dragons. Companion is more for characters outside SB. As said in 'CE & EE Claims' prompts, which gives more details about extra points, Companions fall under this category: • Added Handler/Caretaker/Humanoid Stacks one and refers to things such as "riders." All handlers must be humanoid, meaning bipedal, with implied sentience.
