When the seasons change and the Harvest Season is upon us, all manner of spooky sights can be found across Empyrean.
To use in a design, the player must include the item in the add-on section on the design submission.
Once approved, a design admin will add the item to the dragon's inventory. This item will be character bound and will not be transferable between dragons.
