This token can be used on any OSAS event Custom. 

It unlocks the ability for the player to utilize a rare or mythic marking on an OSAS custom. To obtain this item you must cleanse all 22 starters in stage 2 of Of Skies and Seas.

This does not allow the player to add one of these markings free of charge: you must still have the OSAS Gems to apply a rare or mythic marking as well. Attach this token to the custom you wish to use it on. 

Please note: If you apply a mythic mark, you cannot apply an Imperial coat with the Stage 3 Custom token. If you apply a rare mark, you cannot apply an Angora coat with the stage 3 custom token.
